What is the return process at luxury home ?
luxury home offers the ability to return products within fifteen (15) days of receiving the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. The product will not be accepted as a return until the customer is notified of their acceptance of the return.
It may take up to one week depending on your location for the product to reach us once you return it. Once your product arrives at our fulfillment center, allow us up to two (2) business days to receive and process your returned product. After your return is processed, it may take up to three (3) to seven (7) business days for your refund to be credited to your credit card or workshop account if you paid in cash. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.
Products eligible for return will only be accepted under the following conditions:-
- Furniture on special orders is not eligible for return unless there are problems with the quality of the product.
- Home decor items are accepted for returns only if the item is unopened, free of any damage, and must be in the original packaging.
- Unpackaged bedding items will not be accepted for returns.
- Products that have been used, modified, assembled or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.
- Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
In the event that you request to return the product for reasons unrelated to the product not matching what was offered upon request (your responsibility to choose the desired product that is appropriate for you), the cost of shipping the return to our warehouse will be collected at a value of 350 pounds.
